  • I will support you to get clear on negative self-statements and beliefs about yourself. I will support you in gaining understanding of where these beliefs may stem from so that you are able to challenge and experiment with them instead of believing them to be true. We may use talk therapy, somatic practices and mindfulness to support you in the exploration. Then I will support you to practice new, more helpful beliefs about yourself, your abilities and your ability to show up with confidence in your life.

  • Yes! Our thought patterns and nervous system responses are not hardwired and permanent- but I get it, they can feel that way! With increased awareness, non-judgemental exploration and the right support you can move past what keeps you small and step into new more helpful responses to yourself, the people around you and the world.
